If you still do not receive your parcel after some waiting time, please go ahead and track your item with the provided tracking number on your LOCAL post office website, which would show the most updated and detailed information on your parcel. Most postal carriers require a signature of an authorized recipient for international parcels and if you are not at home at the time of delivery they would leave a notice. Please contact your local post office ASAP, if you wait too long to claim this parcel, it would eventually be sent back to us. Once it is sent back to us we would have to ask you for a re-shipping fee to send it to you again. Please note that the only fee for the good, excluding shipping cost, will be refunded.


COLOUR (COLOR) We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery. Please refer to the image and to the product description.

NOTE: Due to natural grain and color variations between different wood boards, the color and grain figure of your item can be slightly different from the item in the listing photos. Engraving color can be a bit darker.
